Finding opportunity in every inventory problem.
Zac Montgomery

The Short Version

I buy surplus inventory that companies need to move — customer returns, overstock, closeouts, shelf pulls — and I find it a second life. Through Let Us Liquidate, I work directly with manufacturers, retailers, 3PLs, and distressed businesses across the Southeast and nationally. Through War On Retail, I connect wholesale buyers with that inventory — via truckload and pallet sales, online auctions, and a retail warehouse in Fayetteville, Georgia.

How It Started

I got into liquidation the way most people do — by accident. I bought my first pallet of customer returns, figured out how to sort it, price it, and sell it, and realized there was a massive market that most people never see. The supply chain doesn't end at the customer's front door. Returns, overstock, and closeouts are a multi-billion-dollar industry, and most of it moves through relationships, not algorithms.

I went from one pallet to one truck to multiple trucks a week. Today, Let Us Liquidate moves inventory at scale — full truckloads of goods from some of the biggest names in retail.

What I'm Building Now

Liquidation taught me how to evaluate products, move volume, and spot value where others see problems. Now I'm applying that same lens to brand acquisition. I'm actively acquiring distressed consumer brands — companies with real products and real customers that need operational discipline and a fresh start.

The playbook is simple: find brands that are underleveraged, acquire them at a fair price, rebuild operations, and grow. I bring the same hands-on, high-volume mindset that built the liquidation business to every brand I touch.
